American Express Venue Collection™

The American Express Venue Collection provides American Express^® Cardmembers with a Consumer or Business American Express^® Card issued by American Express in the UK with access to a set of benefits at participating stadiums and arenas for select events. American Express branded Cards issued by third-party financial institutions, American Express^® Corporate Cards and American Express® Prepaid Cards are not eligible. All benefits are subject to specific terms & conditions. Some benefits will be fulfilled by the venue and are subject to terms & conditions set by the venue, as applicable. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or substituted. Void where prohibited by law.

Ticket Access

Amex Reserved Tickets™ (formerly referred to as American Express Access)

American Express Cardmembers have access to purchase Amex Reserved Tickets for select events and select seats, during a specified period. Tickets must be purchased using an American Express^® Card. An American Express Prepaid Card cannot be used to purchase tickets. Amex Reserved Tickets are sold by and fulfilled by third party ticket sellers (not American Express), and such tickets are subject to the rules, terms and conditions, prices and fees set by the ticket seller, event promoter and/or the venue. Amex Reserved Tickets are subject to availability and supply may be limited. Not all seats may be offered; purchase limits and blackout dates may apply. Refunds, exchanges, and resale may be prohibited by the ticket seller.

Cardmember Entrance

Access through the American Express^® Cardmember Entrance at OVO Arena Wembley is available to American Express Cardmembers. American Express Cardmembers may each bring in two (2) guests, provided all parties are present upon entry and possess a valid event ticket. The American Express Cardmember Entrance will be accessible for designated sporting and entertainment events at OVO Arena Wembley. To gain entry to OVO Arena Wembley through the American Express Cardmember Entrance, you must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The American Express Cardmember Entrance may not be open for all OVO Arena Wembley events, and hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Entry into OVO Arena Wembley is subject to both the terms and conditions stated on the back of your OVO Arena Wembley event ticket and in the rules set by OVO Arena Wembley.

Concessions Offer

To redeem, Cardmembers must first enrol an eligible Card in this Offer and then use that same Card to make a qualifying purchase. Eligible Cards are Consumer and Business American Express Cards issued by American Express in the UK. American Express Corporate Cards, Prepaid Cards, and American Express branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible. Limit of a total of £200 GBP back in statement credits per enrolled Card each calendar year on qualifying purchases made across venues in the American Express Venue Collection™. Qualifying purchases include food and beverage concessions purchases made in-person at point of sale and at self-service kiosks at venues in the American Express Venue Collection™. At Hollywood Bowl, qualifying purchases also include purchases made in the Hollywood Bowl app or via web browser at http://hollywoodbowl.com/onlineorder/amex. The following are not qualifying purchases: Purchases in Amazon-operated Just Walk Out Stores, suite and catering orders, in app purchases at venues not specifically identified above, ticket sales, restaurants, transportation, parking, gift cards, merchandise, and all other non-concession purchases made at American Express Venue Collection venues. American Express Lounge Access

Access is available to American Express Cardmembers, subject to capacity limitations. American Express Prepaid Cards are not eligible. Cardmembers will be permitted to bring up to two (2) guests, subject to capacity limitations and at discretion of venue. Access is provided on a first come, first serve basis. At the reception deck in front of the Lounge, Cardmembers can obtain two tokens, each redeemable for one (1) complimentary drink, while supplies last. To receive a wristband, Cardmembers must present the guest services representative with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. Wristbands are only valid for the event at which they were received for redemption in the Lounge, and only original wristbands will be accepted. Complimentary drink tokens are only available to Cardmembers, not their guests. Additional beverages can be purchased with an American Express Card. Must be 18 or older to consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly. American Express does not guarantee every eligible Cardmember will be able to receive access to the Lounge or a complimentary drink. Attendees who appear unruly, disruptive, or visibly intoxicated may be refused service and may be ejected from the American Express Lounge, at the sole discretion of the event organizers.
