1. Amex Experience Access

   Attendees at All Points East may obtain access to the Amex Experience on-site at the festival. American Express^® Cardmembers are eligible to receive perks within the experience by showing a valid American Express Card, excluding an American Express Prepaid Cards, subject to capacity limitations. All perks offered within the Amex Experience are available while supplies last. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The Amex Experience is open 1 PM-8 PM each festival day. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change. Event personnel reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to deny admittance where this is considered necessary, including for operational, safety or security reasons.

2. Complimentary Water Bottles

   Cardmembers may receive a complimentary water bottle when they enrol their Card in the All Points East app by clicking the Amex tile and showing the QR Code or by tapping their valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) at any American Express kiosk sitewide. Limit one per Card. While supplies last.

3. American Express Dedicated Cardmember Entry Lane

   The Dedicated Cardmember Entry Lane is only available for Cardmembers and is located at the main festival entrance. Cardmembers may obtain access to the Dedicated Cardmember Entry Lane by showing a valid American Express^® Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Access is subject to operational constraints and availability.

4. Complimentary Bandanas

   Cardmembers may receive a complimentary bandana when they enrol their Card in the All Points East app by clicking the Amex tile or by showing their valid American Express^® Card. Within the Amex Experience, they can find the Bandana Station and tap their American Express Card to receive their complimentary bandana. Limit one per Card per day. While supplies last.

5. Get 5% back every time

   Save to card to get a 5% statement credit when you spend any amount at participating on-site merchants at All Points East from 21 August - 30 August 2026. Valid every time. Terms, locations, payment restrictions and future communications about this Offer will apply.

   These Offer Terms (including the Offer description above) set out the key terms of our All Points East Offer. Please make sure you read these together with our General Offer Terms, which contain important additional terms, including information about when statement credits or points can be reversed or lost.

   Statement credits will be awarded for eligible transactions using your Card during the Offer period, as explained above and within these Offer Terms and General Terms. A statement credit should appear on your Card Account statement within 30 days from the date you made an eligible transaction, but in some instances could take longer.

   You can report missing cashback or statement credits by contacting us via the Amex App or by calling the number on the back of your Card. American Express will then take the appropriate steps to resolve your request within a reasonable timeframe.

   By saving the Offer to your Card, you agree to all our Offer Terms.

   This Offer is valid for American Express^® Cardmembers who enrol their eligible American Express Card, including but not limited to enrolment via the All Points East App or by visiting an American Express service point location on-site, and then make a purchase at a participating on-site merchant at All Points East between 21 August - 30 August 2026. Cardmembers must first enrol their eligible Card in the Offer and then use that same Card to make qualifying purchases.

   Offer excludes spend made at All Points East Box Office, including but not limited to All Points East ticket purchases.

   Offer excludes Phone Charging and E-Locker Concessions.

   Offer only applies to spend made in Great British Pound (GBP) on the Card to which the Offer is saved.

   Available in participating store(s).

   This Offer only applies to purchases on the Card to which the Offer is saved (including where the Card has been added to a mobile wallet). If we send you a replacement Card following any fraud [or fraudulent activity] on your Card, and if the Offer is still available, you may need to save the Offer again to your replacement Card for you to be enrolled.

   Some payments made through certain “payment facilitators” will not be eligible and will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer. A payment facilitator is an intermediary that accepts payments on behalf of the seller of the goods/services. Payment facilitators can include some online payment platforms/marketplaces, and entities that provide certain card acceptance products (such as mobile card readers) to sellers of goods/services.

   If the merchant offers an alternative way to make a payment, such as through a third-party payment facilitator which is not eligible under this Offer, this spend will not be eligible for statement credits and will be excluded from the Offer.

   Transactions that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will not count towards your spend for the purposes of the Offer.

   By enrolling and making a qualifying purchase, you acknowledge that to enable you to redeem the Offer, American Express may share certain transaction data and the first digits of your Account number with the merchant to reconcile and assess the Offer.
