ABOUT THE PROGRAM
American Express is excited to continue our partnership with BST Hyde Park Festival as the official presenting partner for the third year. American Express® Cardmembers can receive 5% off all purchases made site-wide at BST Hyde Park festival when they show their American Express Card and use it to pay for their purchase. The 5% discount is a manual offer provided at the point of purchase.
Along with the spend offer at BST Hyde Park, American Express will be on-site at the Festival with our Amex Experience. All festival attendees are welcome to visit the lower ground Amex Experience, where they can enjoy a ‘delulu’ themed experience, exclusive elixir cocktails, Pick N’ Mix sweets, bucket hats, photo opportunities and festival persona readings! Space is limited. American Express Cardmembers can also access the Mezzanine with up to 3 guests each to experience a Photo Moment, Positive Predictor experience, Nimbus Bar and get temporary face art or chrome tattoos.
Cardmembers can enjoy the following perks: (1) complimentary branded water bottle (while supplies last); (2) access to Cardmemeber only Merch Lanes located across site at the main merch tents.

ABOUT THE CARDMEMBER BENEFITS
In order to redeem on site perks, you must click on the ‘American Express’ tile within the BST Hyde Park app and enrol your Card. Alternatively, go to the benefit location and show/tap your American Express® Card to an Amex staff member to enter (all staff members are wearing white Amex t-shirts). All Cards are eligible for these benefits (excluding prepaid Cards).

- You can find the Amex Experience close to the North Entrance in front of the Rainbow Stage
- The Amex Kiosks located across the site
- Merch Fast Lanes are located at merch stations across site
The Amex Experience lower ground is open to all festival attendees. The Amex Experience Mezzanine is open for Cardmembers and up to three guests. Space is limited.
The Amex Experience will be open each day of the festival, from festival open (1pm) until the main stage headliner takes to the stage (circa. 8pm but times may vary).
Head to an Amex Kiosk on site and tap your American Express Card to an American Express Brand Ambassador. Amex BA’s to redeem (all staff members are wearing white Amex t-shirts). Limit one (1) bottle per Cardmember per Festival day.
Head to the merch areas on site and show your Amex Card to an Amex Brand Ambassador (wearing white t-shirt) to enter the Cardmember only lanes. Merch purchases must be made with an Amex® Card. All Cards are eligible (excluding prepaid Cards). No refunds, all items are final sale.
