1. Annual $200 Dining Credit - Basic Platinum Cardmembers have access to the $200 CAD Annual Dining Credit. Enrolled Cardmembers will be eligible to receive a statement credit of $200 CAD following a single transaction of $200 CAD or more (including taxes and gratuity) at one of the eligible restaurants listed on our website at the time of the transaction. If an eligible restaurant is located in a hotel and the charge does not appear on your statement as a separate itemized transaction (for example, if you charged the meal to your room as part of your hotel stay), it may not be eligible for the $200 Annual Dining Credit. To qualify, the purchase must be charged to your Card directly by the restaurant, and the restaurant must appear on your statement as the merchant (not the hotel. Credit is available only once per redemption period. Participating restaurants are subject to change. Spend must be in one transaction. A one-time enrolment is required for the $200 Annual Dining Credit through Amex Offers and Cardmembers will automatically be enrolled for future redemption periods and do not need to re-enroll. Each calendar year is a separate redemption period. Benefit resets automatically each year on January 1 for each year this benefit is available. American Express reserves the right to modify, replace or terminate this benefit at its discretion. Any credit not redeemed during the applicable redemption period will not roll over to the following redemption period and will expire. Your Card must be charged prior to the end of each redemption period (December 31) to be eligible for the credit within that redemption period. This benefit is available to Basic Platinum Cardmembers only. If you switch to a new Card product that is not eligible for this benefit, enrolment will be removed from your Card account. If you are no longer eligible for this benefit due to a change in account status, including but not limited to fraudulent flags, suspension, or cancellation, it will be removed from your account.

Benefit only available for dine-in services. Benefit excludes purchases of gift cards and vouchers, transactions made towards deposits charged upfront by the venue, cancellation and no-show charges, take away or dine-at-home services. Benefit limited to the Card to which the offer is saved and only spend on this Card counts towards the benefit. Transactions made with a Supplementary Card are not eligible for the credit. Credit should appear on your billing statement within 5 business days from qualifying spend but may take up to 150 days from your qualifying purchase. Credit may be reversed if your qualifying purchase is refunded or cancelled. For full terms that apply to registering your Card in the program, see Program Terms.

2. Access to the American Express^® Entrance is available to individuals upon the presentation of a valid American Express Card. Subject to venue public health and safety requirements.

3. Purchase must be charged in full to an American Express Card. Subject to availability and to event and ticketing terms, restrictions, verification procedures and fees. Tickets and packages may not be transferable and should not be resold. No refunds and no exchanges subject to merchant’s obligations under applicable law.

The type and value of the daily breakfast (for two) varies by property. The actual value of the daily breakfast will be communicated at the time of check-in. Daily breakfast will be valued at a minimum of US$60 per room per day. Any charges that exceed the value of the daily breakfast will be the responsibility of the Cardmember and will be charged separately. To receive the breakfast credit, the breakfast bill must be charged to your hotel room. The breakfast credit will be applied at check-out. Unique property benefit varies by property, is subject to change, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To receive the unique property benefit, the eligible spend must be charged to your hotel room and the credit will be applied at check-out. FHR cannot be combined with other offers unless indicated. Benefit package expires at check-out. Platinum, Business Platinum, or Corporate Platinum Cardmembers may book up to a maximum of three (3) rooms under the FHR Program per stay. Back-to-back stays booked by a single Cardmember, Cardmembers travelling in the same party and staying in the same room, within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay and are ineligible for additional FHR benefits (“Prohibited Action”). American Express and the Property reserve the right to modify or revoke FHR benefits at any time without notice if we or they determine, in our or their sole discretion, that you may have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your FHR benefits. In the event the Platinum, Business Platinum, or Corporate Platinum Cardmember cancels the reservation(s), FHR rates and benefit package will no longer apply to any remaining reservation(s). Participating Fine Hotels + Resorts properties and benefits are subject to change. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in room, with the exception of select properties where In-Room Wi-Fi is included as part of a mandatory daily resort fee or is not available. 5. $200 Annual Travel Credit - The $200 CAD Annual Travel Credit can only be redeemed at time of booking through American Express Travel Online at americanexpress.ca/travel or by calling Platinum Card Travel Service. Travel booking must be charged to your Platinum Card. Account must be in good standing. If you choose to redeem the Travel Credit, it will be credited to your Card account within 2 business days. Basic Cardmember is entitled to one (1) Annual Travel Credit each year based on Card membership anniversary date, towards a single travel booking of $200 or more, and will appear on your billing statement as “Platinum Annual Travel Credit”. The Annual Travel Credit must be redeemed within the same anniversary year it is issued, and it cannot be carried forward to any subsequent year. If you cancel your travel booking after redeeming the Annual Travel Credit, you will not be able to redeem it again in the same year. You can only redeem one Travel Credit per booking.

6. Global Lounge Collection - Holders of the Platinum Card may access participating Canadian and International airport lounges (“Participating Lounges”) on a complimentary basis, upon presentation of the required entry documentation. Participating Lounges may change from time to time. For a complete listing of partners and full terms & conditions of each Participating Lounge, visit americanexpress.ca/platinum-lounge. House rules, number of visits per calendar year and terms and conditions of Participating Lounges apply. Use of Participating Lounges is subject to availability. Unless otherwise stated, Participating Lounge access cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or benefit and is subject to change or cancellation at any time.

7. You can redeem Membership Rewards points for a statement credit towards an Eligible Purchase charged to an Eligible Card. All Eligible Purchases: 1,000 points = $10 statement credit. You must redeem a minimum of 1,000 points per redemption. Eligible Purchases include purchases made at American Express merchants and charged to an Eligible Card. Funds advances, fees, balance transfers, Amex cheques and charges for travellers cheques are not Eligible Purchases. American Express may make changes to the types of purchases that are eligible for redemption with Use Points for Purchases at any time without notice. Eligible Cards are Consumer and Small Business Cards enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. Statement credits on your Card Account should not exceed the aggregate amount of the Eligible Purchase(s) on your Eligible Card. You can register for Online Services to view your Eligible Purchases and to redeem online. Only Eligible Purchases posted to your Card Account during the last 3 months, up to 150 most recent Eligible Purchases, will be displayed for redemption. If you wish to redeem points towards an Eligible Purchase within the last 12 months that is not displayed online, please contact us at the number listed on the back of your Card.

8. Membership Rewards points are accepted as payment for a wide range of travel options through American Express Travel Services. Membership Rewards points can be used to pay for new travel purchases, including taxes and surcharges. Membership Rewards points are not refundable. Membership Rewards points have no cash value. Travel selections are based on available space and are subject to terms and conditions of travel suppliers. For car rental companies and hotels that do not accept prepaid bookings, contact American Express Travel Services at 1-855-804-9600 for details about how you can use your Membership Rewards points. In order to redeem points for any travel booking, the Membership Rewards Program account must be active and the Card must be in good standing. When you redeem points for an eligible travel booking, the full cost of the flight, including taxes, fees and carrier surcharges will be charged to your card. Within 10 business days from the date of booking, you will receive a statement credit for the amount you redeemed. If your statement monthly cycle cut date falls between the date the transaction is recorded on your statement and the date the statement credit is processed, you will be responsible for paying your monthly statement in full. The statement credit will be applied against your next statement. If the American Express Installment Program applies to you and you also redeem points for one or more transactions, the Installment Program will take precedence and the credit will apply to your account in the regular course. This could result in you having a credit balance on your account. If you want to reduce the credit balance, you can cancel any active installment plans you may have. 9. Merchandise Availability: All merchandise rewards are subject to availability. If an order is not available, a similar item of equal value or greater will be substituted whenever possible. If a substitution is not available, your Membership Rewards points will be credited back to your program account and you will be contacted. Merchandise rewards are subject to change without notice. New merchandise rewards will be added to the program on a regular basis. Some rewards are available in limited quantities. Limited items will be noted in the product description.

Merchandise Delivery: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Cardmembers are required to provide a signature when rewards are delivered. Some items may have longer delivery times—this will be indicated. Orders are shipped via courier and require complete mailing address and telephone number for daytime delivery. (Orders cannot be shipped to a post office box.)

Merchandise Returns: Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit.
