Cardmembers must present their card to access the lounge.
- Cardmember must present their City Bank American Express® Platinum Credit Card and boarding pass while accessing the City Bank American Express Platinum lounge.
- Primary Cardmember may bring 3 guests (adult/child) and Supplementary Cardmember may bring 2 guests (adult/child) when Primary Cardmember is not present.
- Lounge access fee will be applicable for any additional guest other than the above.

- Cardmembers must present their City Bank American Express® Credit Card and boarding pass while accessing City Bank American Express® Lounge.
- For City Bank American Express® Gold Credit, Primary Cardmembers can enjoy complimentary access with a companion and up to 2 children (below 12 years of age). In case of Supplementary Cardmember visiting without Primary Cardmember, Supplementary Cardmember can enjoy complimentary access with up to 2 children (below 12 years of age). Both Primary and Supplementary Credit Cardmember can enjoy maximum 5 visits at City Bank American Express® lounge in a calendar year. Lounge visit fee will be applicable from 6th visit onwards.
- For The University of Dhaka American Express® Primary Cardmember can enjoy maximum 5 complimentary visits at City Bank American Express® lounge in a calendar year. This lounge access is applicable for the faculty members and staff of University of Dhaka. Lounge visit fee will be applicable from 6th visit onwards. Fees will be applicable for Supplementary Cardmember or any accompanying guest of the Primary Cardmember.
- For City Bank American Express® Corporate Card, only Cardmember can avail complimentary access.
- For The City Alo American Express® Card, Primary Cardmember along with a companion and two children will get 50% off on the regular lounge access fees for up to 5 times in a calendar year. For more than a 5 lounge visits and for each additional guest accompanying the cardmember, regular Lounge visit fee will be applicable.
- For Biman Bangladesh American Express Credit Card, Primary Cardmembers can enjoy complimentary access with a companion and up to 2 children (below 12 years of age). In case of Supplementary Cardmember visiting without Primary Cardmember, Supplementary Cardmember can enjoy complimentary access with up to 2 children (below 12 years of age). Both Primary and Supplementary Credit Cardmember can enjoy maximum 3 visits at City Bank American Express® lounge in a calendar year. Lounge visit fee will be applicable from 4th visit onwards.
