If you booked a Qantas or Virgin Australia flight through American Express Travel on or before 20 April 2020 and the flight was cancelled, you may have received a Future Flight Credit. Future Flight Credits must be redeemed for flights with the same issuing airline, and travel must be completed by 31 December 2023. To confirm if you have a Future Flight Credit and to have your ticket reissued, please call American Express Travel on 1300 303 877. You may need to cover any fare increase in your new booking. Qantas and Virgin Australia Future Flight Credit Terms and Conditions apply.
