• Amex House at the Oxford Hotel is a public venue located at the Oxford Hotel, 134 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
• Access is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis- bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter or to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• A range of food and beverages will be available for purchase and subject to availability.
• American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by guests at the event.

An exclusive performance of The Veronicas at Amex House event, presented by Amex Travel Tuesday, 28 February 2023 – From 12pm till late

• Amex House is a public event located at the Oxford Hotel, 134 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst NSW 2010.
• Event access is subject to a capacity of 400 patrons and is granted on a first come, first served basis - bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to enter or to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The first 400 American Express Card Members to enter Amex House on Tuesday, 28 February 2023 are eligible to receive one (1) complimentary drink voucher each on arrival. Card Members must present their American Express Card on entry to be eligible for the drink voucher. These cannot be redeemable for cash or other payment form. Drink tokens are not available for guests of Card Members.
• Complimentary MECCA MAX Express Makeovers will be on offer to guests in the Polo Lounge between 12pm-6pm, subject to availability, and will be granted on a first come, first served basis- bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• Between 12pm-5pm, Ginger’s is available for American Express Centurion Members, American Express Platinum Charge Card Members and American Express Platinum Business Card Members only. Each Card Member may bring up to (3) guests into the lounge and must present their American Express Card as a condition of entry. Access is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis - bookings cannot be made or accepted.
• From 5pm-10pm, the Centurion Lounge in the Polo Lounge is available for American Express Centurion Members only. Each Card Member may bring one (1) guest into the lounge and must present their American Express Card as a condition of entry. Access is subject to capacity and granted on a first come, first served basis - bookings cannot be made or accepted. During this time, American Express Centurion Members are eligible for two (2) complimentary drink vouchers on arrival. Drink vouchers are only available for Card Members and not for their guests. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or other payment form.
• From 5pm-10pm, Ginger’s will be reserved exclusively for a private event.
• A range of food and beverages will be available for purchase and subject to availability.
• Entertainment line-up is subject to change
• American Express will not be liable for any articles lost or stolen or damages suffered by guests at the event.

Code of Conduct: American Express promotes a safe, enjoyable, and inclusive environment for everyone at any American Express venue or experience. American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes, but is not limited to, any level of abusive, aggressive, or offensive behaviour toward any American Express/partner/event staff, any Card Members and their guests, or any other guests present within the American Express venue or experience. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, American Express reserves the right to remove the Card Member and/or guest(s) from the venue or experience and prohibit future attendance. American Express also reserves the right to cancel the Card Members’ American Express Card(s) immediately.
