Section 3 – Interest – How we calculate interest on your Account:

Thereafter, we will apply your payments to amounts that have not appeared on your statement.

Including clarification around changes or cancellations to bookings, certain booking-type eligibility, unused Travel Credit[s], cancellation or changes to Card or Rewards program[s] and if your account is enrolled in the Care or Financial Relief Program and your Card has been temporarily deactivated, you will not be able to use the Travel Credit until you exit the relief program and re-activate your Card.
