Section – How you earn Cashback:

Section 3 – Interest – How we calculate interest on your Account:

  Here is how we apply payments:
  Firstly, we will apply your payments to amounts included in the closing balance on your latest statement, from the amounts having the highest interest rate, and then to amounts having the next highest interest rate, and so on, with amounts having the lowest interest rate paid last. Thereafter, we will apply your payments to amounts that have not appeared on your statement.

• 31.1 - Removed 'Available only for pre-paid products' in relation to payment using 'Authorisation to Charge' forms.
• 31.2 - Updated Travel Credit payment method Terms to align with Travel Credit Terms found here. Including clarification around changes or cancellations to bookings, certain booking-type eligibility, unused Travel Credit[s], cancellation or changes to Card or Rewards program[s] and if your account is enrolled in the Care or Financial Relief Program and your Card has been temporarily deactivated, you will not be able to use the Travel Credit until you exit the relief program and re-activate your Card.
