Extend your cashflow with American Express Charge Cards

No pre-set spending limit

Our Business Charge Cards can help your Business by giving you access to no pre-set spending limit2 (although that does not mean unlimited spending. This is dependent on several factors such as business income, expenses, and your business’s credit rating/history). You can use this dynamic line of unsecured funding to scale up your spending power and get breathing space when unexpected large costs occur.

Flexible Payment Option

Our Flexible Payment Option provides you with an instant line of creditto help you free up your business cashflow. Instead of paying your Card’s full balance each month, you can opt to pay it over time. You can choose to pay the full closing balance, the minimum amount or any amount in between (up to your FPO Limit)3. This means you can manage your money how you need it to support your business growth or to take care of emergency expenses and get peace of mind.

Plan It®

Our Business Credit Cards are also here to help you break down your costs and manage large payments. Our instalment plan options allow you to pay off a portion of your Business Credit Card balance or an eligible purchase over time4. You can portion out your Card’s balance of $100 or more or pay off an eligible purchase of $100 or more into a three, six or twelve-month instalment plan4.
Use our calculator to see how Plan It works.

With both Plan It options, you don’t need to pay interest on the balance, just a fixed monthly fee4. Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing exactly how much you’ll need to pay each month and keep on top of your business’s cashflow.

Plan It is already on your Card, so you can get started today and select the transaction or amount you want to pay in instalments.

Managing Credit Limits for Business Credit Cards

A Credit Limit is the maximum amount you can spend on your Credit Card. It’s set when you first apply for your Business Credit Card. You can request a certain amount (subject to approval) or we’ll assign you one, based on your financial circumstances. If you need to increase or decrease your limit to cover extra business expenditures, just contact us and ensure that the amount of credit you ask for is in line with how much you can afford to pay back.
