The Information Update and Document Upload Center is a secure site that allows you to conveniently upload documentation and complete any additional verification necessary to finalize your application. Please note that all information you enter into this site is encrypted before being sent across the Internet. We may require additional information from you to finalize and review your application. This information may be necessary to meet government regulations.

Visit the Information Update and Document Upload Center. To maintain the security of your information, we'll need you to verify some information before accessing the site. You'll be asked to enter your application reference number , zip code, and date of birth at the main login page.

We provided the application reference number to you on the Thank You page when your application was submitted online. You'll also be able to find it within the email we sent to you from American Express after you submitted your application.

To verify your income, you may submit one of the following to us:
• A paystub (dated within the last 60 days) OR
• A bank or asset statement (dated within the last 60 days)
As an alternative, you may also provide a completed Form 4506-T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return) .

The Form 4506-T (Request for Transcript of Tax Return) allows the Internal Revenue Service to provide us with your recent tax returns. The Form 4506-T will be submitted to the IRS by American Express on your behalf to verify your income and finalize the application process.

The maximum size for a single file is 10MB. The maximum size for a submission is 30MB. Larger files may take longer to upload depending on your connection.

You can upload files up to 10MB in size. If you need to reduce the size of the documents, try:
• Scanning or creating the file in grayscale instead of color
• Reducing the dots per inch (dpi) of a scanned image. 200 dpi is generally sufficient for all but the smallest text

The file types that can be uploaded are BMP, GIF, JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG and TIF.

You will receive a confirmation page once your files are uploaded successfully.
