After many years of service, the Corporate Account Reconciliation (CAR) tool decommissioned for existing Users on 14 May 2023, and upgraded to the reimagined and User-friendly American Express @ Work® Reconciliation tool.
The CAR legacy tool will be decommissioned also for Programme Administrators (PAs) on 8 December 2023.
The refreshed @ Work Reconciliation will allow you to manage your centrally billed charges and reconciliation needs. We trust that your transition to using the new tool will be a smooth and seamless process. For any questions, please contact your Technical Solutions Support.

Follow these steps to get started:
- Submit an application online using this form.
- Select Add, Delete, or Modify Programme Administrator.
- Complete the form as applicable.
- Print and sign the completed form.
- Return the signed form and any needed attachments to firmen-info@aexp.com.

BTA Connect
BTA Connect is an innovative tool designed to enable a more streamlined and flexible BTA reconciliation process by providing you with access to the data you need in a format you use.
Online statements
Unlike a paper-based system, our online services give you access to a unique centralised billing and query system. The solution has been designed to be very flexible, in order to better meet your reconciliation needs. Online statements have 12 months of data available in a variety of formats such as PDF and CSV files.
