1. To be eligible to participate in the Draw, the individual must fulfil the following criteria:

1. Existing Basic Card Members

   Be an American Express Basic Card Member who are currently holding a Basic American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card, American Express Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Ascend Credit Card, American Express Singapore Airlines PPS Club Credit Card or an American Express Singapore Airlines Solitaire PPS Credit Card (“Existing Basic Card Members”) and meet the Spend Criteria between 1 December 2020 and 31 January 2021.

   Existing Card Members will be allocated Draw Entries under Spend and Referral Criteria in Clause (5).

2. Not be an employee of American Express International Inc., Singapore Airlines, their advertising agencies, tenants and their employees, subsidiaries of the abovementioned parties, the immediate families of the employees of the abovementioned parties, and any other party who are directly involved in organizing, promoting or conducting the Draw as determined by Amex.

1. The Campaign Period is from 1 December 2020 to 31 January 2021 (both dates inclusive).

1. Qualifying Card Members will be automatically enrolled into the Draw.
2. The criteria and allocation of entries for the Draw are as below:

1. Please visit amex.co/SGexclusions for a list of non-eligible purchases or transactions, which is non-exhaustive and is subject to changes from time to time
2. Supplementary Card Members are not entitled to participate in the Draw. Eligible spend by Supplementary Card Members will accrue to Existing Basic Card Members in accordance with Clause (5).
3. Draw Entries awarded are neither negotiable nor transferable. Amex reserve the right to determine the final number of entries allocated to each New Basic Card Applicants or Existing Basic Card Member.
4. Chances earned are cumulative with no cap.

1. The prizes for the Draw are as follow and there will be a total of twenty (20) unique winners for the Draw (each a “Winner”). Each winner will receive one (1) set of prizes comprising of:
   1. One-night Hotel Stay for two adults (worth up to S$790++), valid between 1 April – 30 April 2021, at:
      1. Either Shangri-la Hotel Singapore Valley Wing Deluxe Room, inclusive of afternoon tea, champagne and evening canapés at The Valley Wing Lobby, and breakfast in the exclusive Summit Room or at The Line; OR
      2. The Barracks Hotel Premier Room with Pool Access, inclusive of Patio with direct pool access, all-day refreshments and evening cocktails and canapés, and breakfast at The Living Room private lounge.
      3. Each Winner will be notified of their allocated date and location for the One-night Hotel Stay prize at random and will not be allowed to change for a different date or hotel.
      4. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be sold. Each Winner needs to be present at Check-In and be one of the Guest in the Hotel Stay.

   3. Two (2) sets of Welcome Gifts consisting of American Express and Singapore Airlines merchandise
2. Each Winner is only entitled to win a maximum of one (1) set of prizes in Clause 10 only.
3. In the event the Winner(s) forfeit the One-night Hotel Stay prize, he/she will also forfeit the 20,000 KrisFlyer miles and Welcome Gifts. Amex will not be liable to provide any form of compensation to such Winner(s) and will draw reserve Winners to replace the original Winner(s) who have forfeited the prizes.
4. Each Winner must fulfil the One-night Hotel Stay at the allocated date and location to receive the rest of the prizes. The two (2) sets of Welcome Gifts will be presented to the Winner on the day of accommodation while the 20,000 KrisFlyer miles will be credited into the Winner(s)’ KrisFlyer account linked to their American Express Singapore Airlines Credit Card approximately 30 days after the Winner(s) has fulfilled the One-night Hotel Stay.
5. All Card Accounts must also be in good standing through to the time of awarding of the prize for the Card Member to qualify to win the prize.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or kind.
7. Amex reserves the right to claim the full cost of the Prize from the Card Member if the eligible Card transaction is cancelled or reversed after the Prize has been awarded.
8. Amex is not liable for the quality, merchantability or the fitness of the Prizes provided.

1. The Draw will be on 1 March 2021, 11:00AM at the office of American Express International Inc. located 1 Marina Boulevard, #22-00 One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989, or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by Amex. The Winner will be selected at random by Amex by computerized system under the supervision of an independent public accountant.
2. The Winner(s) will be notified with their date and hotel of stay by phone and post on 5 March 2021, or within seven (7) business days after the Draw Date and Winner(s) will be required to sign an Acknowledgement Letter of the Prize within the next seven (7) business days at the office of American Express International Inc. located at 1 Marina Boulevard, #22-00 One Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018989 or at such other venue as may be determined by Amex.
3. Amex will attempt to reach the Winner(s) via phone up to three (3) times and reserve the right to draw reserve Winners to replace the original Winner(s) who are uncontactable, disqualified or deemed ineligible.
4. The Winner(s) will also be announced on the campaign landing page amex.co/amexexperiencestay in the format of <lastname><last 4 digits of identification/passport number> e.g. TAN854C.

1. By participating in the Draw, the Card Member agrees to be bound by the rules, regulations and decisions of Amex by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions and suspected involvement in illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud or attempted deception, will result in the disqualification of the Card Member from the Draw.
2. By participating in the Draw, the Winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of Amex relating to the Draw for over a period of one (1) year. The Winner agrees that Amex may publicize partial information of the name, identification number or passport number and/or photograph of the Winner in such mode and manner as Amex considers fit. By providing Amex with personal information, the Card Members consent for Amex to collect, use and disclose his or her respective personal information for the purpose of facilitating his or her participation and providing him or her with information on the Draw. The Winner also consent for Amex to share their personal information with The Barracks Hotel and Shangri-la Hotel Singapore for the purposes of providing him or her with the prize.
3. Amex, The Barracks Hotel and Shangri-la Hotel Singapore will not be responsible for any loss, claim or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Draw (including the acceptance or possession of any prize) howsoever arising, including without limitation, any loss of opportunity to participate due to any entries not received for any reasons whatsoever, any error in computing chances, any breakdown or malfunction in any computing system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in post, claims, cost, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light.
4. The decision of Amex on all matters relating the Draw is final, conclusive and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
5. Amex reserve the right to replace any prize with another item, or cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Draw at any time in their sole discretion without notice.
6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Singapore laws the Singapore Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions.
