Manage your account on your own schedule with Online Services
Online Services is a secure Cardmember servicing tool from American Express that provides you with account information, online billing statements, Account Alerts and more.
With Online Services, you can:
- Quickly and easily review and reconcile your Corporate Card changes
- View, download and print billing statements online and access detailed account activity
- Register for text or email Account Alerts to receive balance, payment received and payment reminders updates
- View present and past account summary details, as well as previously archived statements
- Download statement details in .CSV or .QIF format
- Complete and download a Standard Expense Report (SER) for billed and unbilled charges

With Mobile Wallets, you can use your eligible mobile device to make purchases the same way you would with your contactless Card.

Your Corporate Card payment is due in full when you receive your monthly statement.
Online Statements should not change the existing expense reporting process of your company. Talk to your Program Administrator about your company’s Corporate Card program policy.
Yes, provided your company allows it. Please talk to your Program Administrator to find out if your company allows Membership Rewards enrolment. Once enrolled, you will earn points automatically whenever you use your Card. Just call American Express Customer Service at 1-800-716-6661 to enrol.
If you lose your Corporate Card, you should contact American Express Customer Service immediately by calling 1-800-716-6661 to cancel it. American Express will issue a replacement Card to you.
