Searching for Disputes

If you are having trouble finding a dispute, you may want to use the "Search" feature on the Disputes Table Summary page.

When you click to Search Disputes, you can search by:

  • Case #
  • Charge Reference #
  • Card Member Name
  • Card Member Number

Results will display in a table, and you will have the opportunity to click on a case number to view the status of, or respond to, a selected case.
