- Each Primary and Additional Card Member may invite up to 3 guests into the lounge (Centurion and Platinum Charge Card Members may invite up to 5 guests)
- Entry is subject to capacity and granted on a first come first served basis. Wait times may apply.
- American Express has a no tolerance policy in relation to inappropriate behaviour at any American Express venues or sponsored events (Locations). This includes (but is not limited to) any level of abusive, aggressive or offensive behaviour toward any American Express or partner employee, or any other guests. American Express also promotes responsible consumption of alcohol at its Locations. Should you or any of your guests exhibit (what we deem to be) inappropriate behaviour at any American Express Location, we reserve the right to cancel your American Express card(s) immediately.

1. 10% off food and beverages at American Express partner venues
- Offer is valid to 31 December 2024 at all participating Food & Beverage outlets within Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Qudos Bank Arena, Rod Laver Arena and ICC Sydney Theatre.
- Excludes corporate suites as well as all functions and group bookings.
- The Card Member must identify themselves as an American Express Card Member and pay using their American Express Card at checkout to receive the 10% discount. Discount is not retrievable post-purchase as it is applied by the vendor at checkout.

- Card Members must present their American Express Card on entry to the Entertainment Lounge at Qudos Bank Arena, Rod Laver Arena, Brisbane Entertainment Centre and ICC Sydney Theatre to receive the voucher/s.
- Each Card Member is eligible for 1x token, up to the first 100 Card Members to enter the American Express Lounge for the following shows:

- Drink vouchers are not eligible for guests of Card Members
- Drink vouchers can only be redeemed on the outlined day of distribution and must be redeemed within the American Express Entertainment Lounge at Rod Laver Arena, Brisbane Entertainment Centre, ICC Sydney Theatre and Qudos Bank Arena on the abovementioned dates.
- Drink vouchers can be redeemed on non-alcoholic beverages (excluding mocktails), house wine or house beer.
- Drink vouchers cannot be redeemable for cash or other payment form.
