Activate your Card and register for an Online
Services Account
If you have already been using your Card to make purchases, then it’s likely that you’ve completed
Card activation and registered for an Online Services Account1. An Online Services Account lets you:
View your transactions
Track your Membership Rewards®1
points balance (if eligible and enrolled)
Turn on Card alerts for balance
updates and payment reminders
Make payments on your Account
(if required).

Membership Rewards
If your company has chosen to participate in the Membership Rewards program2, you may need to
enrol your Card in order to start earning points on its spend.
If you are a Qantas Corporate Card Member, you may also need to enrol in the Qantas Business Rewards program.

Platinum Card benefits
If you’re a Platinum Card Member, enrolment in the Membership Rewards program is complimentary. Qantas Corporate Platinum Card Members will also receive complimentary enrolment in the Qantas Business Rewards program.
However, you are still required to enrol in your Platinum benefits. This includes your premium hotel perks, digital Australian Financial Review subscription, and more.

The American Express Mobile App4 is a convenient way to view your transactions, track your Membership Rewards points balance (if enrolled)2, set up Card alerts, and access support via Live Chat.
Link your Card to your mobile wallet
Mobile payments are a simple and secure way to make payments on your Card using your phone’s mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay)5.

Other important information
Paying your bill
As your Corporate Card is a Charge Card, your Account needs to be settled in full each month or late payment charges will apply. Please check with your Program Administrator if this will be your responsibility.
Emergency Card Replacement
If your Corporate Card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately on 1300 558 891 or visit a local American Express Travel Service Office if you are overseas6. You will be issued with a replacement Card, usually within 24 hours and at no cost.
Your Card Terms and Conditions
Depending on the Corporate Card you hold and the rewards program you’re enrolled in, different Terms and Conditions will apply. Be sure to familiarise yourself with them.

You must check your nominated email address regularly as you will be notified at your nominated email address when your online statement is available to view. You can elect to change this nomination or your email address at any time by changing your preferences in your Online Services Account.

5. Emergency Card Replacement: If your Card is lost or stolen, you must report it immediately. You can call American Express 24 hours a day. In Australia, call us on 1300 362 639. If you are overseas, report your lost or stolen Card to the nearest American Express Travel Service or Representative Office. Once you have notified us, you are not liable for any unauthorised charges.
