If your Company has chosen to participate in the Membership Rewards program, as an American Express Qantas Corporate Card Member, you’re eligible to enrol in the Membership Rewards Spirit program and can earn points on all spend.1 Speak to your Program Administrator for more details.

1. Membership Rewards Spirit program: Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards. Membership Rewards enrolment is required. Fees apply. You will earn 2 Membership Rewards Points per $1 spent on the following Qantas Products and Services purchased on the Qantas merchant Account (i.e. directly from Qantas): Qantas passenger flights (with a QF flight number), Qantas Holidays, Qantas branded non-airfare products, and Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Club membership joining and annual fees. Excludes Jetstar. Your Company must allow participation in Membership Rewards. Membership Rewards enrolment is required. Fees apply. You will earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent on all spend except government where you will earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Merchants classified as “government” include the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation, Federal/State and Local government bodies. Industry specific earn rate may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example, a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate. A joining fee may apply. There may be tax implications associated with participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax adviser for further information.
2. Triple Qantas Points on flights for your business: A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Member to earn triple Qantas Points for business. The triple Qantas Points for business are only available for American Express Qantas Card Members when the Card is used to make an eligible Qantas flight booking. Qantas will allocate to the business an amount equal to the Qantas Points earned by the traveller when travelling for business against a rate of either: 20% (Level 1); or 30% (Level 2); or 40% (Level 3) multiplied by three. An eligible flight means a domestic or international flight which has a Qantas 'QF' flight number on the ticket that is purchased in Australia; is operated by Qantas, Emirates or American Airlines; has a ticket number commencing with '081'; and is booked and travelled for business on or after the date the business registers for Qantas Business Rewards. Exclusions apply. Triple Qantas Points for Business is not available in conjunction with any other rebate, Corporate Fares Agreement or discount arrangement with Qantas. A Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer number must be quoted at the time of booking to earn Qantas Points for both the business and the traveller. The maximum number of Qantas Points that can be earned from flying by a business with the American Express Qantas Corporate Card is 4,000,000 per membership year as per the Triple Qantas Points for business benefit terms.
3. There is no expiry on points as long as the Card Account is active, enrolled in Membership Rewards program and is kept in good standing and not overdue.
4. Points transfer. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program. To transfer Membership Rewards points into a Frequent Guest Partner Program you must be a member of the Partner Program. Membership of the Partner Program is the Card Member’s responsibility and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the applicable Program. A joining fee may apply.
5. A business can redeem Qantas Points directly from their Qantas Business Rewards account on Classic Flight Rewards or Points Plus Pay flights, paid seat selection and additional baggage allowance (when purchased at time of flight booking), and/or transfer Qantas Points out of the Qantas Business Rewards accounts into any individual’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account. In order to transfer or directly redeem Qantas Points from a Qantas Business Rewards account, the business account must have a balance of at least 3,000 Qantas Points. You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn, transfer and redeem Qantas Points as an individual. A joining fee may apply. Membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).
6. David Jones. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available here and the David Jones Partner Terms and Conditions available at DAVIDJONES.COM.AU. Only American Express Cards issued by American Express Australia Limited are eligible provided they are enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. Minimum redemption amounts apply. If redeeming with Points + Pay, the 'pay' component of your purchase will be automatically billed to your American Express Card Account and will appear on the first billing statement following redemption. You’ll earn Membership Rewards points on the ‘pay’ component of your purchase only.
7. Gift Cards. Gift Card or voucher rewards are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or credit. Normal retailer gift card or voucher conditions apply, refer to the gift card or retailer website for details. Minimum redemption amounts apply.
8. Points for Credit: Points may be redeemed by the Basic Card Member for a credit on the Primary Card Account (the Card which your Membership Rewards points balance appears online). American Express may decline a Points for Credit request where the Card Account or Card Member’s other Accounts with American Express are not in good standing or overdue. The redemption of points for credit will be administered solely by American Express within 3 business days and cannot be reversed. Points for Credit is not available for redemption by Corporate Card Accounts and is not redeemable for cash via Credit balance refund. Minimum redemption rates apply.
9. Cover your charges with Points: This is available to primary Card Members enrolled in the Membership Rewards program. A minimum of 1,000 Membership Rewards points must be redeemed at any one time. Any credit to your Card Account cannot exceed the amount of the relevant eligible charges or the current outstanding balance on your Account. Certain fees and charges are excluded. Points will be debited immediately and the credit can take up to 72 hours to appear online. Credits processed after the Card Account’s statement closing date will appear in the following statement. You are still responsible for payment of the amount due on your Card Account by the due date. Subject to the Membership Rewards Terms & Conditions.
10. Company Business Rewards Benefits: A business must be a Qantas Business Rewards Program member to be eligible for the Member Savings. Savings are available exclusively to Qantas Business Rewards members off the base fare of selected fares only and do not apply to taxes, fees and carrier charges. Availability is limited. Member Deals are subject to the Qantas Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. A one-off joining fee of $89.50 usually applies, however this will be waived for any business that has an existing American Express Qantas Corporate Card. A Member's ABN and traveller's Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number must be quoted at the time of booking to be eligible for Member Savings

If you have a legal or medical emergency while travelling, you can call our 24/7 Emergency Global Assist hotline and speak with an English-speaking lawyer, doctor or service provider (who can help with lost luggage and passports). Emergency Global Assist is available virtually anywhere in the world, whenever you travel more than 200km from home, for up to 90 days. Corporate Cash
Corporate Cash service8 allows you to use your Card to access cash at over one million ATMs worldwide.
Cash withdrawal is billed to individual Corporate Card Accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement following the withdrawal.
A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal. Enrolment required.
Complimentary Travel Insurance
Automatically receive complimentary domestic and international Travel Insurance.9 Cover is available for you, your partner and your dependent children up to the age of 25 when you book your return business trip on your Card.
Terms, condition and exclusions apply (including age limits).
• Use your Qantas Corporate Card to book your trip to receive Licensed Transport Accident Cover of up to $150,000.9
• If you’re unable to complete a business trip due to serious injury or sickness, you will receive up to $10,000 for another person to take your place – coverage includes money towards flights, accommodation and meal expenses.
• Should the unexpected occur whilst you’re travelling, make sure you contact Chubb Assistance as soon as practicable on 1800 950 797 (Overseas Telephone: +61 2 8912 4595). Chubb Assistance will ensure you receive fast and effective treatment from a doctor who speaks your language. Your claim may be affected should you not contact us as soon as practicable.

7. Emergency Global Assist: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions. Only available when you travel more than 200km from your home, for up to 90 consecutive days.
8. Corporate Cash: Corporate Card Members are only eligible to enrol in Corporate Cash if the Company has agreed to participate and has pre-registered in the program. A fee applies. All Cash application forms must be signed by the Card Member and the Company's nominated Corporate Cash Verifying Officer. Please contact your Program Administrator for more information.
9. Insurance: : The insurance on American Express Cards is subject to terms, conditions and exclusions (such as maximum age limits, pre-existing medical conditions and cover limits). You must use your American Express Qantas Corporate Card to pay for your trip in order to be covered under the travel insurance and pay for eligible items for those items to be covered under the retail insurance benefits. It is important you read the American Express Qantas Corporate Card Insurance Terms and Conditions and consider whether the insurance is right for you.
