For eligible items which are stolen or damaged accidentally, the Purchase Protection Benefit will replace, repair or refund the item for up to 90 days after the date of purchase1.

We’ll take it back when others won’t. With Refund Protection Benefit2, if you're dissatisfied with any eligible purchase you made with the Card and the merchant won't take it back, we'll reimburse you for the purchase price, up to £200 per item.
