How can I provide feedback to American Express?
American Express would like to hear your valuable comments and suggestions in order to enhance our products and services to serve you better. You may share with us your views and opinions through any of the following channels:

  • Download the form and return it to our Customer Liaison Manager by mail, by fax or in person at our branches; or
  • Call our Customer Service Hotline; or
  • Write directly by mail to ''Customer Liaison Manager, Operations Service & Support, American Express, 18/F Cityplaza 4, 12 Taikoo Wan Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong", by fax or in person to any of our branches.

In the event that a response is required from us, upon receipt of your comments, American Express will respond to you within 7 working days. If further investigation is required, American Express will endeavor to give you a detailed reply within 30 days.

Which Cards are eligible for Online Services?
You can register any American Express Card for Online Services as long as it's in your name.

Can I add other Cards to my User-ID?
Owing to data privacy requirements and your security, you can only add accounts in your name to your User-ID. Each Cardmember requires a unique User-ID and password.

Why can't I 'Add a Card'?
You can only add accounts in your name that are linked in our system. If the Card is in your name, it's likely that the accounts aren't linked. Please call customer service on 2277-1468 to link your accounts.
