Terms and Conditions

1.     Get HK$800 instant savings when you spend a net amount of HK$30,000 or more in a single transaction with an eligible Card at Miramar Travel (”Offer”). The Offer is valid from September 13 to October 20, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2.     All payments must be settled in full with American Express^® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") ("Eligible American Express Cards", such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers"), unless otherwise specified below, in order to enjoy the Offer. American Express Cardmembers settling with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card are not eligible to enjoy the Offer, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.

3.     Offer is only applicable in selected Hong Kong Miramar Travel Outlets.

4.     Offer is limited and available on a first come first served basis.

5.     During the entire Promotion Period, each Eligible Cardmember can redeem the Offer once.    

6.     Unless otherwise specified, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and/or promotions. 

7.     The Offer cannot be used to redeemed for cash, or sold or exchanged for any other products or service.

8.     Please refer to Miramar Travel terms and conditions at the time of booking for changes, cancellations, and no-show conditions.

9.     Miramar Travel is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Eligible Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.

10.     American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. American Express and Miramar Travel reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice, all matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of American Express and Miramar Travel.

13. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
