2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
3. Eligible Cardmembers must place the order in-person at Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 (1/F, Elegance Court, 2-4 Tsoi Tak Street, Happy Valley, Hong Kong) and settle the payment with Eligible Card directly.
4. Offers are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
5. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and/or promotions.
6. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.
7. Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
8. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. American Express and Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

11. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Hong Kong Cuisine 1983 shall be final.
